Information we process

SolBundler may process account details, public wallet addresses, project settings, transaction signatures, device and usage information, and messages you send to support. Public blockchain transactions remain visible on Solana independently of SolBundler.

Wallets and private keys

Never send a seed phrase or private key through support channels. Wallet and signing features are designed so sensitive key material is handled by the application for transaction signing. You remain responsible for securely exporting, backing up, and protecting your credentials.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the service, provide requested features, diagnose failed transactions, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and understand site performance.

Service providers

The service may rely on infrastructure and analytics providers, blockchain RPC services, wallet software, and Solana network services. Those providers process information under their own policies.

Retention and choices

Information is retained only as needed for the service, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. You can request help regarding your account or stored information through the channel listed on our contact page.
